This document constitutes the governing agreement for all digital interactions within the webdesignfactory ecosystem. By accessing our studio's digital assets or engaging our services, you accept the structural and legal parameters defined herein.
1. Permissible Engagement
Access to webdesignfactory.company is granted for the sole purpose of evaluating our studio's design philosophy and visual portfolio for potential professional engagement. Any unauthorized scraping, mirroring, or reverse-engineering of our bespoke visual frameworks or the 'Infrared' site engine is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our proprietary digital environment.
Content Ownership
Unless otherwise specified, all design artifacts, white foliage photography, and architectural studies showcased on this site remain the exclusive property of webdesignfactory. Clients receive usage licenses only upon final project settlement.
Usage Constraints
Users are restricted from utilizing our site assets to train visual generative models, propagate deceptive design practices, or simulate the webdesignfactory brand identity for third-party commercial gain.

Structural Provisions
Service Delivery
Proposals generated by webdesignfactory are valid for 14 calendar days. Project timelines are estimates based on immediate asset receipt from the client; delays in content provision by the client will shift the 'Project Delta' status proportionately.

Liability Limits
Webdesignfactory provides high-end creative services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we prioritize extreme performance (Lighthouse scores 90+), we are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party hosting failures, DNS propagation issues, or sudden API deprecations by external tech stacks.
Termination
Agreement termination must be submitted in writing via verified studio channels. Work performed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate for London EC1 consultancy. Licensing of design artifacts is revoked upon contract termination prior to final settlement.
Jurisdictional Anchor
All legal interactions, dispute resolutions, and contractual interpretations are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within the courts of London, United Kingdom.
